    Sadnesss

    Sadly one week after taking delivery of my new ALT Z1 it’s stopped dead - massively inconvenient as I’m now the other side of the bloody world

    Oh geez! That’s not good at all! Have you already contacted the team? I’ve heard of similar situations where customer service have gone to extraordinary measures to straighten situations like this out. Hope you get it sorted and possibly replaced ASAP!

    That’s not good, Rod. I’m sure HQ will straighten this out for you in their usual fashion.

    Any immediately obvious signs to as why it’s stopped?

    Yes not overly concerned just irritated - so far response from retailer has been fine (will report fully)
    No idea as to cause - however - I did note when first purchased that it seemed to run down rather quicker than anticipated
    Let’s see what happens

    Watch was returned to Sellors - they have returned it to BREMONT
    At present I’m watchless cashless (INC £200 fedex) and none the wiser

    To update everyone. The fault was mechanical and BREMONT have identified it as a material defect. Im happy to say that Giles intervened and that they will be sending the watch back to me (currently in the Far East), via the Bremont Boutique in Hong Kong, when i visit in early April. Obviously a bit annoyed that a purchase made in February won't finally be on the wrist until April but, in fairness, both C W Sellors as the retailer and Bremont have been very communicative.

    It did mention on website that opening hours is 11am and may be different today due to holidays.
