    New office

My office yesterday (and for the next few years). It's a little more cramped than my previous C-17 digs, but it sure is pretty. :-)

I'm not sure a C-17 watch fits quite right in a C-40 cockpit (same as a 737). I might need to get something new commissioned by Bremont...

    Congratulations Texz!

That has got to be a very important job move.
The plane's a prettier colour than what you were in before....

I'm with Jim on that suggestion, but your special WT looks amazing anyway.

    Good luck.

I know the jet is a Boeing, but the Boeing line just doesn't do it for me. I have a few ideas brewing...:-)

    New office

Tex, will that be on a SAM callsign? Used to hear those on the airwaves on occasion - although I seem to recall them being mainly 757 (C-32) over in this part of the World!

Do post some more photos of the new machine as and when you can!

The callsign changes based on who we're carrying. I won't go into details, but I'm sure you can imagine. It's definitely nice getting the 737 type-rating, though!

Out at Ramstein we don't have the C-32, but we have C-21s (Learjets), C-37s (Gulfstream G-5s), and the C-40 (737). Ours actually don't have the blue/white paint scheme because of the countries we fly into...sometimes it's nice to be discreet so we're a little plain-looking. We have interfly options so I was able to fly this beauty last week at Scott AFB for training.
