The Bremont ALT1-WT World Timer is here!

Well I'm sure some of you have read the news that Bremont are to launch a World Timer based on their hugely successful military watch the C-17 Globemaster for this year's Baselworld, which I think is exactly what people wanted.

Without going into the specifics, I'll just share this photo which I took of the watch earlier this week and I'm sure you'll agree it looks mighty impressive!

Lots more photos and reports on this watch to follow!

First Bremont to use the new font and prop logo! Was wondering when they would start implementing that change. I like it!

Actually it's not...There is another but that's for later! Looks great though and it's the first matt white dial they've done (Okay it's probably very slightly off white) but much whiter than the BC-S2 / S1 and I'm not counting the silver SM500.

Iiiiinteresting! The plot thickens! That stark white dial is pretty striking as well. Mentioned that to Mike the other day that I didnt recall any other Bremonts with that white of a dial, but he said the bc-s1 and 2 had white dials, and of course the whitish sm500.

Here's some quick info about the new WT...

    - Will white be the only colour? ... Wait and see
    - Movement on reverse doesn't use 'cote de perlage' decoration
    - GM rotor may be used but NOT Globemaster wording
    - Pull out crown / faraday cage + Rotorclick
    - Lume is strong green colour ( applied indexes and hands )

Obviously some of those snippets may be subject to change!

Great news about the potential for different colours, blue please!

Why no perlage though? Also, is there faraday cage?

I read somewhere earlier that it would be in white, black, and blue. Nice that it has the faraday cage!
