They sorted out my registration card problem, and arranged to swap out my strap for a longer one.

    Superb Customer Service as always!!!!!

    It's a nice place, isn't it?

I'm glad Bremont Customer Service lived up to its reputation. I still believe it's the best in the business.

It is indeed a lovely place. Very laid back and yet highly professional.

The service is another one of the reasons that I keep buying the damn things!

Could any other owners confirm what packaging theirs came in as I believe mine is wrong. Its in a black leather pouch with blue stitching and the booklet is for a Model 1 TI-GMT, no mention of a chronograph, limited edition and it shows another model. If its correct its a bit of a poor show for a limited edition.

    Here are some pictures:

    Thank you in advance,

Not really but I now have a nice PP Aquanaut. I traded the Bremont and my Rolex Day-Date for the PP.

The weight of the Bremont was an issue for me, it was far too light which I didn't like. The replacement manual I was promised also never came (not a reason for trading it).

Nice watch. Tried an Aquanaut on a few months back and was tempted but decided to hold out and put my name on the waiting list for a 5711/1a with an indefinite delivery date of "It'll be years not months, Sir"

I'm a massive Patek fan. I've often wondered about a 5980/1A, but unfortunately it's slightly outside my price range at the moment. One day!

Enjoy the Nautilus, James - share some more pictures of it when you get a chance.
