That is certainly one that we don't get to see too often!

Here's a picture of my new arrival with the old hat I used to wear.
Here's a good story on the first time I almost got into the MB1 club. My first qual check ride in Germany we went out, did the mission (film reconnaissance of targets at low level) and returned to base. Downwind in the pattern, only the right main gear came down. Go to the checklist. Instructions--climb to a safe altitude and eject. Tried a few things. Nothing. Finally did a bounce and go and the nose and left main came down and locked.
Biggest concern for the ejection was that without film confirmation that I got the targets, I'd have to take the check ride again.
    That was the first almost.

    C-5 Headed around the Pacfic

This was my first trip in the C-5 after receiving my watch. This photo was taken during leg 2 just prior to beginning our descent in to Hickam Hawaii (the land seen on the EGPWS displayed on the MFD). Subsequent legs had us flying to Yokota AB Japan, Kadena AB Okinawa, Guam, back to Hawaii, and on back home. I love the watch and am toying with trying out the stainless band I have.Click image for larger version.
