    U-22

If the U-22 looks somewhat familiar, that's because you may have seen its military derivative, the F-22 Raptor before on this forum.

It is based on the U2 chassis, with a grey dial and bronze barrel. The U-22 features an enlarged date window, that mimics the appearance of an altimeter. Finally, the internal Roto-click bezel uses compass markings instead of the usual minute markers.

Will this one come with a option for different barrels? I think the Anthracite Barrel would look good on this one too.

I think it's just the bronze barrel that went with the F-22 Raptor watch. I personally think this watch will look better on a black strap than the grey pictured. Anyone else?

Totally agree. I struggled with the U-2 Blue on the blue strap, then I got the Nubuck for it and haven't looked back. Black vintage maybe? Or even the black and white stitch.

I had the same reaction to the blue on blue. Nubuck looks fantastic on U2-blue, as do a lot of straps! A very versatile watch. I think the u-22 has the same potential!

i like the blue/blue U2 combo but it took some getting used to. I like this dial quite a bit; but agree not sure about the grey strap here
