I've dealt with her on several occasions and she's top notch. Bremont by far has the greatest customer service I've ever experienced from any company and one of the reasons why I love the brand. Congrats Emma and keep doing any amazing job!

Hi all - any requests for the next Bremont member to be interviewed? Following on from Mike's interview I thought it might be nice to throw it to the forum to pick a member of staff from an area they might be interested to hear more about i.e someone from marketing, or someone who manages design etc etc, but if not, I will get another interview done this week.

Great idea! My vote it for Stephen from the UK team. I believe his role is sort of similar to Mikes, but in the UK? Would love to know more about him at some point.

Great idea Serena. I would be interested in hearing more about Natalie Keigher, she was the subject of a press release last year which slipped under the radar here at alt1tude.bremont.com. Bremont said they were taking PR back 'in house' and that she would be in charge of this function. I would be interested to know what persuaded her to leave an established brand consultancy business to join a company regarded still by some as new boys on the block! What are the challenges that lie ahead and where would she like to see Bremont in say 3-5 years time?

While I don't speak for all the North America fan base, how about Carly Alaimo? I now she is relatively new, so hearing her history and views "from an outsider" would be interesting

Great! these all sound like good options. I definitely want to introduce you all to Sarah Weare at some point. Many people on here will already have met her / be aware of her. She is the head of marketing for Bremont and is essentially Nick and Giles' right hand girl. She has been with the brand since its infancy and has been instrumental in its growth.
