    ALT1-C non screw crown confusion

I picked up the above watch yesterday after going to a bremont launch at a new retailer last Thursday. The retailer clearly explained that the crown was a non screw type, which I can verify as when its in the 'run/win' position there is no room to press it in.

When I got home I actually read the manual and that clearly states it has a screw down crown. So does the manual just need updating? If so why has an out of date manual been issued?

The manual is incorrect, and out of date. The older models were screw down and a transition was made to a push down crown rather recently.

Thank you. Curious how it stays waterproof now.

Mutiple o-rings. The screw-down crown transfers vibration directly into the movement so you get the W/R plus less mechanical stress in the movement.
