Just been singing the praises of owning a Bremont watch on another forum to people that haven't even seen one in the flesh, oh dear what are they missing.

Seems a very common thing - I see it online a lot, especially in FB watch groups.

Those who haven’t even seen or handled one in the flesh belittle and moan about the brand, especially the marketing, and then they actually handle a Bremont and ‘get it.’

You don’t tend to see that with any other brand so widely.

I really can't understand it either, how can you hate a brand you really know nothing about, haven't seen in the flesh or handled?

I must confess I really only noticed Bremont about 3/4 years ago when I spotted a display in my local AD, but when I saw the watches I felt drawn to them straight away.

The quality seemed up there with the best & from that moment I said to my wife I will be owning one of those soon, the rest is history as they say.

The only reason they hate the brand is because they have never heard of any other watch brand except, Rolex, Omega or Longines . All three make some very nice watches but not all of their models are to my liking but that does not mean I hate all the three brands!

I love this quote “The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge.”

Blimey Larry, if you are timing your eggs with your watch this morning they must be frazzled by now, nearly 2 hours on the timer Either that or you pooch has had a nice long walk this morning.
