While we have seen lots of pictures of 737 instrument panels have any of you wondered what happens aft of the cockpit door? While the FO does the pre flight checks and the Captain admires his new Bremont watch, comediennes are at work - enjoy!

My heart bleeds for the Bremont fans and aviators alike struggling to justify the purchase of a Wright Flyer - a golden opportunity, nay, a once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire part of that iconic aircraft.

Meanwhile those of us at the bottom of the aviation dung heap have no such hope, nursing a time expired Lycoming engine with an old Garmin GPS I'm reduced to wearing a Lorus watch -£19.99 from Argos!!

SMPc for me today. Just ordered a new bracelet as I am not a fan of the "bond"

Lovely watch, I have the quartz and it's one of the most comfortable bracelets I've ever worn, except...

The lack of fine adjustment meant I never got it exactly as I wanted it - half a link out and it was a bit too tight, half a link in and it was a bit too loose. I ended up with some felt on the back of the watch to get the right fit.

I've been alternating this week. Between this one ('66 Omega Chronostop):

This one ('64 Rolex Exp I 1016 gilt dial):

And this one (9F Grand Seiko Mastershop):

The only conclusion being that I have no chance of ever just settling on one watch to keep. It's an addiction.

I let a friend borrow my blue S500 for his 42mm Omega PO for the past month...Really liked his PO, but he REALLY liked my S500 I think he's got his heart set on selling the PO for a Terra Nova now! Happy to have my S500 back
