"He" is the owner of the cafe in the pic above.
He also owns Dudley's kennels which is next door.
During lock down his was the only cafe open on Rivington Moor as the few chairs were all outside.
One day he had a Bremont Tshirt on so I asked if he has a watch too, which he has.
