The bracelet and clasp must be 10 times the quality of my only Rolex.
Mind you, all my other watches have better bracelets than the Rolie, apart from the 1988 Tag Heuer 2000 my wife took of me

You are right Larry, the older Rolex clasps & bracelets were a bit cheap feeling, but the newer ones are a lot better & the Subs even have the glidelock clasp which I felt was brilliant.
My Chr Ward clasp uses the same idea, but is not quite as good quality although it is a 10th of the price.

Mine's awful and they want an arm and a leg for them on Ebay.
The Seamaster which is the same age, has an excellent bracelet and clasp.
