I think that the MBII would be a good option as well although depending on your requirements the Alt1-C might be another option. The Alt1-P2 Jet is a great watch but I think it's 'marmite' in terms...

It does seem odd but there does seem to be a power play going on in the Swiss watch industry. Effectively three large corporations with multiple well known brands all trying to be 'top dog'.

I had a brief read about the history of the Swatch Group and also ETA. It seems quite difficult to find a distinct line between the commercial private enterprise and the Swiss government. It did make...

Nicolas Hayeks comment was odd but there again the whole watch making hierarchy in Switzerland seems odd. I don't know of any other industry where a company would supply so many other companies with...

Thanks for the editing it, I should have read it before I posted but it was late! :D

I agree about the two classic looks. They'll certainly never be confused for another brand.

The orange barrel is fantastic, it never loses its appeal. I'm quite taken by the new purple barrel and the titanium barrel on the MBIII 10th Anniversary is very classy but neither can top the orange...

An in house movement is unlikely to be more accurate or reliable than an out sourced movement so for those considering just the reliability, an in house movement shouldn't matter. It's interesting...
