I am pleased to offer this special Bremont ALT1-Z watch made for the VFA-11 "Red Rippers" squadron. As you know this watch was never for sale to the public and made in a very small production expressly for these elite pilots. The watch comes complete with the black case, paperwork including the technical notes booklet, cosc, international warranty and registration card as well as the extra strap and tool. The watch comes on the original black leather strap with deployant buckle. The original purchase date was 8/21/15. The watch is running and keeping time as it should, I don't believe it has ever been serviced. It is in very good condition with some minor marks here and there including a tiny nick on the edge of the crystal at 12 o'clock. Please take a look at the detailed photographs below to for the best description of the condition. I have intentionally kept the original owners name out of these pictures for privacy purposes, however if you are interested in the watch I am happy to show you the registration privately. If you have any further questions or wish to contact me directly about this watch please feel to email me at kevinodell5@yahoo.com or you may call/text/whatapp at (703)498-7808. As far as pricing goes I can only base off what I paid for the watch as there is not really any information regarding value anywhere online given the rarity of this piece. I am asking $3000 USD which will include insured FedEx shipping within the US. Fully insured FedEx International Priority is an additional $100.

Thank You

Kevin - what a beautiful, unique, and rare Bremont! Did you buy it off of the original owner?

Best of luck with the sale, I’m sure you’ll have no trouble.

Thank you J.

I did not buy this directly from the original owner, it was actually sold by the original owner to a local jeweler and I purchased it from them. I happen to be friends with the owner of this store and when any interesting watches come into the shop he gives me a call. I've always been a fan of Bremont and thought this was a great opportunity to own such a unique and special watch so I jumped on it without giving it much thought. However it is just too large for me wrist and hasn't been worn over the past few months which is why I am offering it for sale. Hopefully it can find a new home where it will be enjoyed! That said since it hasn't sold as of yet and I'm looking to pick up something else I have decided to reduce the price to only $3000, which seems crazy but my loss is your gain and as long as the watch is getting some love from someone I'll be happy!

Pleasure.

I have edited your original post to reflect the price change. Good pictures too, by the way.

Do stick around the forum and get stuck in, it's good to have you.

Well thank you for your kindness and hospitality! I used to be a forum junkie back before I had kids, mostly Paneristi.com back then. I've been into collecting mostly vintage watches for the past 4 years or so and with the limited time these days I find myself more on Instagram than anything else. I'm an appreciatarer of all watch brands but especially smaller independent brands that seem to have more soul which is why I am naturally attracted to Bremont even though their watches are a bit large for me. I actually attended an event last year at a local AD with Bremont and Analog/Shiftz Their passion is very apparent as it is here, sort of reminds me of Paneristi in its early days. Thanks again and have a great weekend!
