It will be pretty interesting to see what it goes for as we haven't seen one of these sold before!

Shame, looks like no shipping to the UK....

Don't worry. I live in Canada and many times listing state US shipping only. After a short email they almost always agree to ship to Canada. I'm pretty sure UK wouldn't be different.

Mostly people don't want to deal with, you know, countries where fraud is common. It's easier to list US only than to make an exhaustive list of friendly countries where you will accept to ship. That's my own experience anyway.

Only 4 hours to go and sitting at $3499, could be a bargain to be had.

3 hours to go and no further movement! Cannot believe this watch has been sitting in someone's safe, unworn and unused, for three years - what a waste!

I think he'll pull the listing at the last minute, its a definite loss maker at that price.

$3675.00 was the winning bid - all very curious!! The buyer certainly got a good deal!

Don't understand that one at all Jeremy, what a huge loss on a very collectable watch!

Me neither! Makes me wonder how much the owner really knew about the watch and the brand. Great job from the buyer! Wish it was me :)

Wow that's a steal! I hope it's someone from the forum.

This makes me think that Bremont still has a long way to go before being recognized as a major player in the high end watches.

Could you imagine the price a Panerai limited to 10units would get? I tried to buy a Bronzo some years ago, the dealer would mark them up 10k$ and this was not even close to being as limited as the Selfridges.

From the eBay write up it appears as if the vendor did know about the rarity of this item, his description was spot on. The watch may not have had much publicity in America which might account for a lack of interest while external bidders were excluded anyway.
